Welcome to my corner of healing and growth. I’m Peta Tyler, and I’m excited to share a glimpse of my personal journey toward healing.

The most useful asset of a person is not a head full of knowledge but a heart full of love, with ears open to listen, and hands willing to help.

My Healing Journey

My healing journey began when my marriage broke down in 1990, I was looking for spiritual guidance, I felt lost and unsure of what the future held for me and my three children.

I realized that I needed to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

This is the time I found Reiki, or should I say Reiki found me. These struggles marked the beginning of a transformative journey.

Reiki led me to meet like-minded people, who were so supportive and healing. Their support became my anchor during tough times.

I discovered simple yet effective coping strategies such as self-reiki treatments, daily meditation, yoga, and positive affirmations These became my daily companions on the road to healing.

I then completed my first level of Reiki in 1994. I felt wonderful and I was able to begin assisting others on their healing journey.

Two years later I completed Reiki level 2, which opened my healing to a different level. I began holding Reiki healing groups at my home and then at the Blue Centre in Williamstown, The Williamstown Yoga Centre, and community centers around the Western suburbs.

People would ask me to teach them Reiki, and this is when I decided to learn Reiki level 3 Master Teacher training, which I did in 2000, with a beautiful soul and mentor Faith Brown Reiki Master Teacher.

This was a massive learning and healing curve for me. I began to teach all levels of this amazing loving healing energy to many people, including children and the elderly.

Over the years I have gained new tools to help myself and others on their healing journey.

I completed my Diploma in Reflexology in 2013.

I also offer Ayurvedic Reflexology

Reflexology is a unique method using the thumb and fingers on reflex areas on the feet, hands, and face.

Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all the glands, organs, and skeletal systems in the body, which assists a person in a state of homeostasis.

In 2023 I completed my Holistic Integrated Arts Therapy certificate.
